Fluorescent Tubes & Bulbs |

As the mercury from one fluorescent tube can pollute 30,000 litres of water beyond a safe level for drinking, there are strong environmental reasons for recycling.
It is estimated some 60 million fluorescent tubes are used in the U.K, along with about 30 million highway lamps. This equates to around 3,100 tonnes of material disposed to landfill, including some 4 tonnes of mercury.
You only have to collect and store unbroken fluorescent tubes and lamps. When full, we collect the whole container, delivering a replacement at the same time.
